With 11 years of experience from startups to global banks, Victor brings curiosity and structure to every UX challenge. Starting in San Francisco and now in Hong Kong, he leads UX research ops at SEEK—building research foundations and helping teams bring the user's voice into their work.
Michelle Lock
Product designer who's honed her skills over 8+ years starting in print, exploring to startups, and just spent the past 3 years bothering Victor with annoying questions like "why do we do research this way?" while working on design systems at SEEK.
